Full-Service Catering
With full-service catering our meat is sliced fresh as your guests move through the service line. Our friendly staff is on hand to assist your dining pleasure. You may choose from sliced or chopped beef brisket, ham, sausage, bologna, hot links, or turkey. Additionally, plates come with three sides. You may choose from chili beans, potato, or macaroni salad, coleslaw, okra, or green beans. Plates include bread, sauce, iced tea, condiments, plates, cups, plasticware, and napkins. Choice of meats includes sliced beef brisket, chopped beef brisket, ham, bologna, hot links, or turkey.
All plates are served with choice of 3 sides. You may choose from chili beans, potato salad, macaroni salad, or cole slaw. Plates include bread, sauce, iced tea, condiments, plates, cups, eating utensils, and napkins.
100% refund if reservation is canceled at least 1 week prior to event. 50% is due at time of reservation, balance due 3 days prior to event. Prices are quoted per plate per number of people in party. We bring extra to ensure your guests get enough to eat and to cover the "unexpected guest", but be aware you will be charged for the extra plates. Since we purposefully bring a "little extra" it is our policy not to leave food for the customer following the catering event. |
